My Most Memorable Moment | My Experience

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I am back with another blogpost, and today I am going to be talking about my favourite holiday ever. My holiday to Morocco.
The most memorable and most incredible moment was my outstanding and fascinating trip to Marrakech, Morocco. It was truly amazing to witness such elegance of ancient Arabic and French culture. My trip to Morocco was definitely one my favourite memories…

I spent two weeks in the glorious land of Marrakech – enjoying the authentic Moroccan cuisine – one of my favourites was the divinely spiced lamb Tagine. I would give anything to place my lips on such a dish one last time. I was also lucky enough to go to the old market, where traditional, handmade Moroccan woodwork was being sold. I still treasure an oak key-chain, made for me by a Moroccan woodworker.

Later that day, we enjoyed the food from an incredible, five star luxury restaurant – where they really showed off the exquisite flavours which Morocco have to offer. I can still smell the glorious spices of the dishes, dancing around my nose and entertaining my taste buds. We then arrived at the ‘Kenzi Club Agdal Medina’ 4 star resort, it was so amazing and everyone was so thoughtful and selfless. The resort was neighboured by the inspirational Mediterranean Sea – which made you feel like anything was possible.

The next day, after a very pleasant night – listening to the calming waves of the sea, we decided to go to the astonishing, historical, abandoned ‘City of the Kings’. It was absolutely amazing. It made me remember those who lived before my existence.

I absolutely loved Morocco with all my heart. Without hesitation, I can definitely say it was one of the most amazing places I have ever been to. I only wish I could have stayed longer and experience more breath-taking scenes and meet more courteous and such welcoming people.

Thank you so much for reading, I would love to know what your favourite holiday was and what you did, so let me know in the comments below, I look forward to hearing from you…

Lebanese Lamb Pies | This Week's Yummies

Hello again everyone, sorry for the late post, however, it's worth it, as I am back with a recipe that I am sure you are going to love, so get your chef hat at the ready!

To make the dough, you will need:
514g self rising flour + additional more for rolling dough

3 teaspoon quick-rising active dry yeast
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
177ml vegetable oil
2 large eggs, room temperature
236ml warm water
To make the filling, you will need:
2 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
1 large onion, chopped

3 tomatoes, diced
453g minced lamb
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon all spice
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons sumac powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  1. Firstly, mix together the flour, yeast, salt and sugar together in a large bowl
  2. Then create a well in the middle of the bowl, and add the eggs and oil
  3. Stir the mixture, as you add the water
  4. Once the mixture has come together, lay it out onto a surface, the mixture should not be dry
  5. Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes
  6. Place the dough back into the bowl and loosely over it with cling film
  7. Allow the dough to rise in a warm area, as you make the filling

Create a well in the centre of the bowl

8. To make the filling, Heat the ghee in a pan. Make sure it is really hot when you add the onion. Sauté the onion until it is translucent.
9. Add the lamb mince, and cook it until it becomes brown. Then add the tomatoes. Cook them until they shrivelled, and the liquid evaporates, on a high heat.
10. Add the spices, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice.
11. Let it cool

12. Uncover the dough
13. Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll them out so they are thin.
    14. Place some of the filling into the middle of the dough.
Pinch the dough and pull it inwards, to form a triangle shape.
    15. Pinch the sides if the dough shut.

Prepare a salad on the side, using a cucumber, tomatoes, some lettuce, and colourful peppers!
Now you admire, but not for too long, so you can enjoy!

    What To Drink?
For this dish, I recommend the lemon & mint 'Posh Squash' from  the Breckland Orchard, as it is so delicious, and onto of that, it will freshen your breath afterwards! How convenient.

Buying an Apple Watch | My Experience

Hello again everyone, hope you are all well. Yes I know what your thinking, "What?! Another blog post on Apple?", and the answer to that comment is... Yes.
My sister's birthday is coming up soon, and I have decided to buy her an Apple Watch. I cannot wait to see the look on her face, the second she lays eyes on it. It will be priceless. Therefore, I went to the Apple store today, only to be told that I will have to wait twelve weeks to see that look on my sister's face, AFTER HER BIRTHDAY! If only they advertised in big words underneath the Apple Watch sign outside of the store, "NOT SOLD IN STORE" and "UP TO TWELVE WORKING DAYS DELIVERY", as that would make a lot of people's lives a whole lot easier, as I could not help but overhear other distressed people behind me, begging for their beloved watch.

To make this whole experience worse, I was also told that the only size strap available in the white Apple Watch was small. My reaction to this was something like, "Oh well, gonna have to go to a different store", but, to my desire, I was informed that Apple do not make the white Apple watch with a larger strap, AT ALL! WHAT????!!! This was horrifying considering, I was planning to get her a white watch, what are the odds?

Due to this experience of ATTEMPTING to purchase the new white Apple Watch Sport, I am forced to buy either one of the more expensive watches, or a colour which I intensely dislike from the Sport collection. However, no matter how much pain and distress this process has caused me, I am most definitely still getting the precious Apple Watch. I don't think anything in this world would discourage me to get the Apple Watch, their just gorgeous!

8 Weird Inventions | KlickDaily Reviews

There are many inventions out there that just make you say, "what was the point in that". And some that sand out that even make you say "is that even real?" The thing that is common about these inventions is that there all very weird, therefore, I am going to name the 10 REAL inventions that really stand out to me. Enjoy.

     1. The Knitted Beard Hat
This invention is probably the most pointless one that will be in the list. There is no doubt that this invention is very weird. I really struggle to see the point in this invention and don't understand why people wasted there time designing or making this product. Although, there is no denying that this will make someone who cannot grow a beard very happy. Sure, it may keep you face warm, but however, who would really want to go out in public wearing this?

    2. The Foot Powered Bike
Number two in the list is another very pointless invention. It is the FOOT POWERED bike. This is probably the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. First of all, who would want to spend money to walk? Why would you get a specialised bike just to walk anyway, why not just break the pedals off your normal bike? All this contraption does is make you rediculouis while you walk. Look at it, there is literally a harness type thing wrapped around you, not making you walk faster or anything, it just makes you very uncomforable... And stared at a little.

    3. The Forget-Me-Not Kid Mittens

Well parents, that's one way not lose your kids in the supermarket.

    4. The Dogbrella
If you've read my latest Discussion of the Week, I mention how a dog's life being seen as more valuable than a human's, and this invention backs that up perfectly. Seriously, an umbrella for a dog? Heaven forbid a drop of rain touches a dog's head, right.

    5. The Full Body Umbrella
As we're on the topic of umbrellas, why not talk about this little number? However, its hardly little. I think this invention is great. Why just protect your hair and head from the rain, when you can protect the whole topic half of you. But, why did they stop there? They might as well have made a huge bubble, so you are completely protected by the killer, toxic rain.

    6. Baby Mop
I am sure many of you have already seen the Baby Mop, due to the huge rage it caused in social media. Finally, an invention on the list that actually makes some sense! We can now make use of our toddler's constant toddling and clawing all over the house, by attaching  a mop to them. Your never too young to start cleaning up the house. Imagine all the nooks and crannies the babies can reach, the possibilities are endless. Make your baby a human mop today! This is so ridiculous, I can assure you the the inventors of this would never to this to a fully grown person, but to a baby, sure it's fine, it's like we are living in back in the old days in England, when children were chimney sweeps, BUT WORSE!

    7. Baby Shower Cap
Remember when you were a baby and you're parent was washing you, and then a little shampoo got in your eye, and you felt like it was the end of the world, and it felt like your eyes were burning and your brain was melting. Neither do I, but it must have been terrifying. Therefore, they have invented the Baby Shower Cap, what a great invention! Finally, the babies of the world do not have to go through that traumatising experience - the world will be okay!

    8. Ping Pong Door
This is definitely one of my favourite inventions in the list, and one I am even considering to buy. I don't really see anything wrong with this table, except for the possible brain damage, from a faulty screw, other than that, it is a really good invention.

I hope you enjoyed this list of inventions that I found really interesting. Feel free to let me know any strange or cool inventions that you feel should be in the list. Speak to you soon.

What's Right with the New MacBook? | KlickDaily Reviews

Hello again everybody! I hope you all are well. Today, I am going to review the Apple MacBook 12-inch. For many years now I have been a huge fan of the MacBooks that Apple create, however, when they released this new model, the Macbook 12-inch, they had completely ruined my vision of MacBooks, how could they do such a thing? Well, sit back and relax, and let me tell why I resent the New Macbook.

The MacBook has returned. However, its been on a diet. With a new razor thin, all metal design. Sure, people may say that this laptop is looking the best it ever has, however, it is not the most convent is has ever been. When the Apple Macbook Air came out, don't get me wrong, I tried my best to keep in the anger over thinness of the laptop, as it was its unique selling point, hence the word 'Air'. However, I draw a line when it comes to the ridiculously sized Macbook 12-inch. For some reason, in Apple's mind they thought that the MacBook Air was such a success, that why not make the new MacBook 0.14 inches in thickness, AKA, razor thin. I'll tell you why not, because it is not just a slightly larger version of the MacBook air, it is a MacBook!

Speaking of the size and shape of the MacBook, lets discuss why Apple have decided to make their new laptop 12-INCH, LIKE WHYYYYYY??!! I really don't understand what was going through apple's mind when they decided to make the MacBook not 13-inch, not 11-inch, but 12-inch. Its almost laughable to think that Apple could not make up their mind to make it 13-inch or 11, so they decided to go for the number in between, it ridiculous, what difference does 1 inch really make to a computer?

Another gimmick of the new MacBook is the colours. I understand how some people may be fooled by the variety of colours, which makes the laptop some how £300 more than the Air. I really do not understand the concept of paying for a colour! Not only is it the colour that you are paying for, it is also the 12 hours of battery life, rather then 11 hours! This is another feature of the new MacBook which I am really struggling to comprehend. The reason for my confusion it why have they decided to increase the battery life up to 12 hours from 11, because, lets be honest, how many of us really use the whole 11 hours of our computer, therefore I feel this is another pointless feature, which as just been included in the production of the Macbook just to increase its cost.

Not only are there issues in the design of the Macbook, the unfortunate clients who have already brought the 12-inch MacBook have been experiencing setup and technical difficulties with the New Macbook. In fact, people are so mind-boggled by the new computer, that Apple have even been for start up a support articles, for their customers who are experiencing difficulties with their Macbook 12-inch. For some reason, Apple had decided to make the functioning of the Macbook so ultra-complicated, as if the computer is targeted to cyborgs. However, maybe someone more robotic than a cyborg, as an actual cyborg struggled to operate the new computer.

All in all, I feel that the new MacBook could be a great product, with the right ideas in mind, for example, like not including features that are not required. So if you want to completely struggle to even setup your computer, and sit on a chair regretting your purchase, due to a 12 hour battery life, that is never even used, then buy the new MacBook 12-inch! Therefore, I will be preventing myself from buying the new MacBook - which won't be too hard - until the Macbook 2 or something comes out, which I'm sure will, according to the pattern of product sequels that Apple just love.

Thank you so much for reading, and don't forget to follow and tell your friends!! See you tomorrow with an other blog post! BYE
