Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I am back with another blogpost, and today I am going to be talking about my favourite holiday ever. My holiday to Morocco.
The most memorable and most incredible moment
was my outstanding and fascinating trip to Marrakech, Morocco. It was truly
amazing to witness such elegance of ancient Arabic and French culture. My trip
to Morocco was definitely one my favourite memories…
I spent two weeks in the glorious land of
Marrakech – enjoying the authentic Moroccan cuisine – one of my favourites was
the divinely spiced lamb Tagine. I would give anything to place my lips on such
a dish one last time. I was also lucky enough to go to the old market, where
traditional, handmade Moroccan woodwork was being sold. I still treasure an oak key-chain, made for me by a Moroccan woodworker.
Later that day, we enjoyed the food from an
incredible, five star luxury restaurant – where they really showed off the
exquisite flavours which Morocco have to offer. I can still smell the glorious
spices of the dishes, dancing around my nose and entertaining my taste buds. We
then arrived at the ‘Kenzi Club Agdal Medina’ 4 star resort, it was so amazing and
everyone was so thoughtful and selfless. The resort was neighboured by the
inspirational Mediterranean Sea – which made you feel like anything was
possible.
The next day, after a very pleasant night –
listening to the calming waves of the sea, we decided to go to the astonishing,
historical, abandoned ‘City of the Kings’. It was absolutely amazing. It made
me remember those who lived before my existence.
I absolutely loved Morocco with
all my heart. Without hesitation, I can definitely say it was one of the most
amazing places I have ever been to. I only wish I could have stayed longer and
experience more breath-taking scenes and meet more courteous and such welcoming people.
Thank you so much for reading, I would love to know what your favourite holiday was and what you did, so let me know in the comments below, I look forward to hearing from you…
